Story Description:
In this eighth installment of short story horror from Thomas Holland, a tale of one man’s new-found sight becomes a nightmarish world that once revealed, refuses to go back behind the veil.
When Keith has a car accident which leaves him partially blind, he never expected to begin seeing things. Yet the Shadows he soon discovers are many – pervasive presences which stand motionless in the streets, sidewalks and even Keith’s apartment.
But what begins as an effort to rid himself of harmless hallucinations rapidly dissolves into a frantic search to discover the truth of the Shadows before it’s too late. As he gazes upon the ever increasing number of Shadows, they begin to take notice of him.
