The total count hits five! Amazing! It's nice to be able to see a selection of works and stories beginning to form. Now to find some readers...(I jest).
Maker's Ridge. This story has been my absolute favorite to write. Something about it really resonates with me and my first draft was the most complete I've had yet. I believe part of my own emotions towards my wife enabled me to dig into the connection between the two MCs and create some emotional tugs.
If you only read one of my stories, I'd like it to be this one. Perhaps my next one will dethrone this story, but until further notice I've definitely got favoritism for this one.
